Our products are sourced from renowned OEM manufacturers globally that specialises in producing high quality heavy duty off-road suspension parts & components for the upgrade aftermarket.

 

 

Q2. WHO DESIGNS YOUR PRODUCTS?

Our products are co-designed between our company & our OEM manufacturers.

 

 

Q3. ANY PRODUCTS WARRANTY? WHAT ARE THE TERMS & CONDITIONS?

Yes, all our products come with product warranty. Please refer to our Warranty Claim / Exchange & Return Policy for more details.

 

 

Q4. CAN I ASK FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS AFTER PURCHASED?

Yes! We do accept return or exchange. Please refer to our Warranty Claim / Exchange & Return Policy for more details.

 

 

Q5.  HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR AN INSTALLATION APPOINTMENT?

Once we receive your payment, we will contact you within 24 hours to make an appointment for installation.

The waiting time depends very much on your chosen authorized installer. In normal circumstances, it should be within a week from your purchase. You are allowed to change to other authorized installer with shorter waiting time if you wish to do so.

 

 

Q6.  WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?

We accept credit card/direct debit payment via eGHL, and also offline bank transfer.

 

For offline bank transfer payment method, please bank-in cheque/cash or perform internet banking transfer to either one of the following accounts:

Q7. CAN I PAY BY MONTHLY INSTALMENT USING CREDIT CARD?

We do not provide such service at this moment. You can call your credit card company to make such request on your own.

Q9. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES TO INSTALL FULL SUSPENSION KITS TO MY CAR?

Depending which suspension kits series or components, average basic installation takes about 2-6 hours.

 

 

Q10. IS INSTALLATION COST INCLUDED UNDER PURCHASED PRICE?

Yes, prices shown includes basic installation for the suspension kits and leaf springs only.

 

 

Q11. CAN I PURCHASE PRODUCTS ONLY WITHOUT INSTALLATION? WHAT IS THE DISCOUNT?

At this moment NO due to warranty issues.

Q14. DO YOU HAVE ANY TEST CARS FITTED WITH YOUR SUSPENSION KITS THAT CAN I TEST DRIVE BEFORE MAKING ANY PURCHASES?

Yes! We have 3 pick-up vehicles availble for test drives. One Totoya Hilux Vigo, one Ford Ranger T6 & one Mitsubishi Triton MR.

Q16. CAN THE PRODUCTS BE DELIVERED TO OTHER STATES IN PENINSULA & EAST MALAYSIA?

Currently our products can only be purchased directly from our online store and fitted by our appointed authorized installers only. More installers will be appointed in other states in Malaysia soon.

 

 

Q17. WHERE & WHO ARE YOUR DEALERS IN MALAYSIA?

We DO NOT have any dealers in Malaysia. Our products can only be purchased from our online store.

 

 

Q18. DO YOU SELL THE SUSPENSION REPAIR KITS?

Yes, repair kits are available for sale and will be updated in our online store soon.

 

 

Q19. DO YOU HAVE UPGRADED ABSORBERS & COIL SPRINGS FOR PASSENGER CARS & SUVS?

No, currently upgraded suspension kits are available only for pick-up vehicles.

 

 

Q20. CAN I PURCHASE EITHER ABSORBERS ONLY OR LEAF SRINGS ONLY?

Yes, you can.

 

 

Q21. CAN I BUY 1 SET PER ITEM ONLY?

Currently the parts in our suspension kits comes in a pair, which is good for one vehicle. If for whatever reason you would like to buy 1 set which is good only for one side of your vehicle, please contact us.

 

 

Q22. CAN I CANCEL AN EXISITING ORDER THAT HAS BEEN MADE?

Yes you can, but please do so before your installation appointment date.

Please send an email to [email protected] with the message title “Request to cancel order”, and remember to state your order number in the email.

If you have made payment, we will refund you the full amount.The refund should takes around 2 weeks.

Orders not paid in 3 days will be automatically canceled.
