Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

 

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase with us. If you are not satisfied with our products, you can either return the products or exchange to other specifications within two weeks of installation (subject to terms and conditions).

Return

 

Upon receiving appointment confirmation from us, please drive your vehicle to the authorized installer of your choice to uninstall the products. Leave the products together with invoice and warranty card with the installer. You will be asked to fill-in and sign a “Return & Exchange Request” form, before the uninstallation work is carried out.

 

The products should be in good condition when returned. If the products are found to be damaged due to improper usage, or appeared to be beyond normal wear and tear conditions, there will not be any refund. Example of such conditions includes but not limited to:

 

 

We will not accept any return if the products are found to be removed and/or installed by any unauthorized installers.

 

For return of products before installation, we shall provide full refund. For return of products after installation, 10% of returned products' purchase price will be charged as restocking fee.

 

Exchange

 

Only 1 time of exchange is allowed. We will not accept any exchange if the products are found to be damaged due to improper usage, appeared to be beyond 2-weeks of normal wear and tear usage, or found to be removed and/or installed by any unauthorized installers. 

 

The procedure for exchange is the same as return, as explained above.

 

For exchange to lower specification products (lower value), 10% of the products' price difference will be charged as restocking fee. The new products of your choice will be installed in the same session as the uninstallation.

 

For exchange to higer specification products (higher value), we will waive the restocking fee. You will pay the products price difference prior uninstallation, and the new products of your choice will be installed in the same session as the uninstallation.

 

Refund

 

All returned and exchanged products will be inspected by RED SPRINGS. We shall confirm the acceptance of your products return or exchange within 2 weeks of uninstallation. The decision shall be in the sole discretion of RED SPRINGS. Upon receiving acceptance confirmation from us, you will receive your refund in 2 weeks.
